Please read this page carefully prior to booking. Upon payment of invoice, clients accept these policies.
Per Texas Cottage Law, I am a home-based bakery and my kitchen is not inspected by any organization. Cottage Law labels for my baked goods can be provided upon request.
Custom orders must reach a minimum of $45 in total. Drop cookies are for pick up ONLY, unless you are adding them to a custom order.
Pick up and meet times are scheduled prior to payment. If you need to change your pick up time please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate the change. If 24 hour notice is not given and you have not picked up within your allotted time window, a $20 late fee will apply. This policy is in place to ensure I am able to fulfil other orders and obligations.
It is the client's responsibility to notify me of any allergies PRIOR to payment. I bake from my home and do not have the facility to ensure an allergy free environment. Therefor I cannot accommodate allergen sensitive orders and clients, and am not responsible for allergy-related issues associated with my baked goods.
Orders eligible for a full refund must be canceled within one month of the event date. Item costs (such as toppers, cutters, etc.) will not be refunded upon order cancelation. Orders canceled within 2 weeks of the event date are eligible for a 50% refund. Date changes are free if changed two weeks prior to the event date. Date changes made within 2 weeks of the event are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Shipped orders will not be refunded if cancelled within 2 weeks of the event date.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return all items for 50% of the invoiced amount. No refund will be given without a returned product. Full refunds will not be given due to the product cost and nature of the product. Shipped orders are not refundable.
Due to the uncontrollable and unpredictable nature of shipping, I do not guarantee my shipped baked goods to arrive on time, unbroken, or fresh. Shipped goods are nonrefundable. You consent to this information upon payment of the invoice. While I do not guarantee these errors won't occur, I can assure you every precaution has been taken. Each cookie is individually wrapped in a self-sealing cello bag, then wrapped in a bubble wrap pouch. The cookies are packed as tight as possible in a cardboard mailer box, then shipped with 2 day shipping. I pack a few extras when they can fit to account for any possible defects occurring during travel.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated by the client, I reserve the right to photograph any products I create, and use the images for my business. This includes but is not limited to social media such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, my website, marketing materials, etc..
Discounts for military, first responders, medical workers, and education workers are available. Please notify us prior to payment if you qualify for these discounts, as I will not ask in an effort to respect client privacy, and discounts cannot be issued post payment.
